Every now and then, we here at Perspectives like to give credit to the movers and shakers in the progressive scene. This month’s guest mix comes courtesy of Wes Straub from Calgary, Canada.

For those of you who aren’t in the know, Wes is one of Western Canada’s brightest talents both as a DJ and producer. Locally, he has had the privilege of playing many of Calgary’s biggest club shows, sharing the booth with the likes of Markus Schulz, Sander van Doorn, Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff, Max Graham, and Infected Mushroom.

His own radio show 709Sessions, now in its fourth year, broadcasts monthly on several different stations worldwide including Digitally Imported and Dance Radio Global.
